Those on waiting list criticising new initiative
Those waiting for support with issues like anxiety and depression on the NHS in Lincolnshire are being told they can watch tutorial videos in their own home rather than get face to face therapy.
It's a new initiative being launched. You would also be able to get help by messaging doctors.
In a letter sent out, they say if patients don't get back in touch choosing an option of either the videos, messaging or to keep on the waiting list, they'll presume they no longer want help.
The average wait is around 4 months and over 200 are on the list.
