Tackling hate crime on trains

Making sure people with learning difficulties feel safe is the focus of a new scheme being launched in Lincolnshire.

It has been set up after complaints about abuse on public transport in the county.

Now orange stickers and badges are being used to identify safe places for people to go if they find themselves in trouble.

The Keep Safe Scheme is being launched by Lincolnshire Police together with East Midlands Trains.
