Red Cross helpers are helping to reduce bed blocking at local hospitals
The Red Cross is stepping in to help patients in Lincolnshire leave hospital as soon as they are medically fit to do so.
They'll arrange transport as well as making sure people have everything they need to go back home.
That's things like turning on their heating and making sure they have food.
The idea is it'll free up beds on busy hospital wards - meaning doctors can see and treat new patients.
