Red arrows scare

Bird affects display at Gloucestershire show

Lincolnshire's Red Arrows suffered a scare, moments after displaying at yesterday's Royal International Air Tattoo.

One of the jets was involved in a bird strike minutes after ending the display at RAF Fairford.

It's not thought to have damaged the plane, although the team was forced to land out of sequence at the Gloucestershire airbase.
