New budget food store opening in Grimsby

A new shop selling cut price food to people in Grimsby, to help poorer families, has received a big funding boost..

£600,000 of big lottery money is going to kickstart the project at Centre4, which is being built by the social enterprise firm Company Shop.

It'll sell surplus stock from big supermarkets and products from local businesses like Young's Seafood at cutback prices to help families stretch their budgets.
