Chief Constable puts his case to Nick Herbert.

Lincolnshire Police aren't getting their fair share of the Government's Policing budget.

Chief Constable Neil Rhodes claims the current funding formula is failing our force because it doesn't take into account the challenges rural policing creates.

Yesterday he put his case to policing minister Nick Herbert.

The county's already lost almost 1 hundred officers as the force tries to meet cutbacks of 21 million pounds.
