Lincolnshire charity criticises plans for means testing licence fee for over 75s

BBc says it's necessary to maintain services

Lincolnshire's AGE UK is calling on the BBC to think again over plans to means-test the licence fee for over 75s.

From June next year, over three million households that have previously had the licence for free will have to start paying.

The BBC says it had no choice without cutting services such as BBC2.
