Labour and the Lib Dems to work together to run North East Lincolnshire Council

They have just come to an agreement, after an inconclusive local election result which raised doubts about whether Labour could continue to lead the authority.

Both parties say they have come to a deal to provide 'clear political leadership'.

Under the agreement, the council will be forced to look again at how rubbish is collected across the area.

Key infrastructure projects, which could include plans to get rid of Toll Bar roundabout, will also be reviewed.
