Holton Le Moor villagers "frustrated" with delays due to road closures

The measures are being taken following flooding last week

One week on from heavy rainfall and villagers in the Holton le Moor area say flooding to local roads continues to leave them feeling stranded.

A huge volume of water's fallen onto surrounding fields, overwhelming their drainage systems and causing them to overflow onto the A46.

A number of roads have been closed there.

And now locals say the issues causing huge delays to their day to day life.

Lincolnshire County Council says the Highways team is working hard to get roads re-opened - and understands how frustrating it is for motorists.
