Figures for the area are well above the national average
North East Lincolnshire has almost double the national average number of teenage pregnancies.
That's according to new stats from Public Health England - they show that around 40 girls under the age of 18 per 1000 became pregnant in 2014, compared to the average in England of 23.
The report also found that there is an above average number of obese youngsters in our area, while almost one in three children live in poverty.
Similar reports for North and North East Lincolnshire found that child health falls in line with the rest of England.
