Grimsby man fined £2,500 for illegal cigarettes

A Grimsby man's been ordered to pay more than £2,500 for selling illegal cigarettes and tobacco that he'd bought in Latvia.

Ralfs Godainis, who's 39 and lives on Heneage Road, admitted to having a stash of more than more than 17,000 cigarettes and over 1 kilo of tobacco from abroad.

It was found hidden in his house in a child's bedroom and in the hallway.
