60,000 people have signed it - asking for the service to re open overnight
Campaigners will today deliver a plea for the health secretary to listen to the thousands of people who oppose the night time closure of Grantham A and E.
A petition signed by over 60 thousand people will be handed to Downing Street.
Currently people in the town have to travel 23 miles to an A and E in the evenings and night time as managers insist they do not have the staff to keep the service open.
The chair of SOS Grantham Hospital Charmain Morgan says they do not want to be ignored any longer.
