It's taken place at the steps on Wigford Way.
A decision to block off an undercover area used by rough sleepers in Lincoln is being defended after homeless people described it as "unfair".
The steps near Wigford Way have been fenced off due to safety concerns.
Rough sleepers had tended to use the area with police having to move them on.
They're not happy but the City of Lincoln Council says it had to take action after a number of complaints about anti social behaviour in the area.
It also says it's working to help those affected by the closing off.
