Some low level cases are now heard by fewer people
There's been a big drop in the number of magistrates hearing court cases in Lincolnshire.
The last 5 years has seen numbers in the county go from 270 to 156, with those in the Humber region more than halving.
It means some low levels cases are being heard by fewer people.
Chief Executive of the Magistrates association Jon Collins says it's also having an effect on courts' workloads too.
