Third man charged in Newark murder inquiry

A third man has been charged with the murder of a 19 year old in Newark.

Nathan Somers' body was discovered on a path near the Beacon Hill Conservation Park on 31st August. He was found after reports of a fight at a birthday party. A Home Office post-mortem examination found he'd died of a stab wound.

An 18 year old and 16 year old have have already been charged with murder and are on bail as enquiries continue.

A 27 year old man was also charged on Tuesday night and will appear in court in Nottingham on Wednesday.
