The new manager of Grimsby Town says he wants to 'rebuild' and change the mentality of the players.
The Mariners have yet to win in 2018 - new boss Michael Jolley has been speaking to the press for the first time since his appointment on Friday.
Its his first full managerial role in English Football - having previously been in charge or Burnley's Under 23s and Swedish Club AFC Eskilstuna.
He's defended his lack of management experience, saying that he has 13 years of experience in football at various levels.
He says its a 'genuine honour' to take over the top job and has promised to get 'stuck in' to the role.
