North East Lincolnshire Citizens Advice sees 11,000 visitors in 2017

Citizens Advice in Grimsby say it's been their busiest year in a long time, with visitor numbers up 20%.

Up to 11,000 people have come through their doors for help with things like housing and benefits.

They're also seeing people with more complex problems, including benefit delays and council tax arrears.

This year has seen the rollout of major reforms to the benefits system, with the introduction of Universal Credit,
