Last surviving Dambuster to open Lincoln education centre

Britain's last surviving Dambuster, George 'Johnny' Johnson, is opening an education centre named after him in Lincoln later.

In peacetime George taught people with learning difficulties - and also helped pioneer mental health rehabilitation at hospitals in Rampton and Balderton.

He's cutting the ribbon at the centre on Weaver Road.

It will help teenagers excluded from mainstream schools because of emotional or behavioral issues.
