Humberside PCC says government isn't listening to funding concerns

It's after Amber Rudd said police chiefs should concentrate on tackling crime rather than complain about funding

Humberside's Crime Commissioner is accusing the Government of not listening to his concerns that policing is being stretched to it's limits.

It's after the Home Secretary told chiefs they shouldn’t ask for more funding.

Amber Rudd also claims forces are sitting on nearly 2 billion of reserves.

But Keith Hunter says they're for emergencies and short term projects.
