The future of children's heart surgery in Leeds is now in the hands of the Health Secretary...

The controversial move to shut childrens heart surgery in Leeds has been referred to the Health Secretary.

Councillors on the Yorkshire and Humber Health Scrutiny Committee have ruled they aren't happy with the closure.

Andrew Lansley is expected to review the situation in September.
