Grimsby's St. James House facing demolition

A new cinema is planned for the Riverhead, as part of the development.

Plans to improve Grimsby Town centre would see the iconic St James House knocked down.

Proposals have been put forward for a range of measures which would see a revamp ahead of a £20 million cinema and leisure complex being built at the Riverhead.

If approved the £400,000 project would also include better access to Cartergate.

That's along with the demolition of St James House.
