Grimsby man charged in connection with Tony 'Tosh' Richardson murder denied bail

A Grimsby man charged in connection with the death of a homeless man in the town centre last month has had his application for bail refused.

34 year old Gary Clarke of Roberts Street was arrested after the death of 45 year old Tony 'Tosh' Richardson.

He was charged with assisting an offender after Tosh was attacked outside the Halifax Bank on Old Market Place.

A married couple accused of his murder will go on trial in May.
