Back to the drawing board, as new plans have to be drawn up for Lincoln's long-awaited eastern bypass.

There are promises the building of Lincoln's eastern bypass won't be delayed, despite new plans having to be submitted for the road.

It's as central government have announced there isn't enough traffic to warrant the building of a dual carriageway.

Instead new plans need to be drawn up for a single carriageway.

Lincolnshire County Council have said it doesn't expect there to be any further delays to the project.
