Government cash for Newark's empty homes

Newark's been awarded government funding to help with it's growing housing problem...

It's hoped new government funding will help to find a solution to the growing housing problem in Newark. 

There's over five and a half thousand people in the town who are on the waiting list for a house.

Fifty thousand pounds will now be spent on buying and renovating properties that are currently empty.
