Council to crackdown on all perpetrators

Flytippers in East Lindsey are being warned reduced opening hours at waste recycling centres are no excuse.

The County Council decided to close some centres on certain days as part of cost cutting measures.

It's led to a dramatic rise in flytipping in East Lindsey

In many cases rubbish has been left outside centres due to frustration at the closures.
