A lorry driver who ploughed into standing traffic on the A1 near Newark, killing a man, was distracted by his mobile phone.
Dorel Sidor-Galan, who's 38 and from London Road, Grays, Essex, admitted to causing the six vehicle crash which happened in March.
His phone showed he habitually used it while driving.
The day before he'd been on his mobile 97% of his driving day. He also wasn't taking breaks.
On the morning of the collision he had made several calls including a nine-minute Facebook video call.
At the time of the collision he was 9 minutes into an 11-minute voice call.
He'll be in prison for 5 years and has been disqualified from driving.
