Collonade building in Sutton On Sea will be knocked down

Consultations will take place about what should replace it

The Collonade building in Sutton On Sea is going to be knocked down.

The iconic seafront structure is said to be unsafe and will have to be removed along with beach huts on top of it.

East Lindsey District Council will then consult on what will replace it.

It's understood a like for like replacement is one possibility but with a price tag of around 1.4 million pound alternative schemes will also be looked at.
