Campaigners say it glosses over the real issues.
There's criticism of a report into Boston's growing migrant population as campaigners state it's a complete waste of time.
Earlier this week the local council released the findings of a four month inquiry.
It made 28 recommendations on how to tackle problems surrounding the issue including housing, employment and anti-social behaviour.
But anti- immigration campaigner Dean Everitt says the council are glossing over the real issues.
Boston Borough Council say this is only a draft report at this stage and welcome further consultation with the public.
