Bid for more trains from Lincoln to London

A bid has been put forward for more direct trains from Lincoln to the capital, to boost tourism

East Coast Trains won't be running the service from next year, after handing back the franchise.

Now tourism bosses at Lincolnshire County Council have put together a business plan, explaining the financial benefits of running more direct trains to potential new operators.
