The company in charge of taking non emergency patients to hospital in North Lincolnshire is accused of still letting patients down.
North Lincolnshire Council met with Thames Valley Ambulance Service this morning about complaints about long delays.
The firm, also known as TASL, took over the running of North Lincolnshire's non emergency transport in July.
Their job is to help patients who need transporting to hospital or doctors appointments.
Since they started running the service, TASL has been accused of leaving patients waiting for transport, or failing to turn up when expected.
The council's Health Panel say unless things change soon they'll urge North Lincolnshire CCG give the contract to someone else.
